A hand-drawn presentation sheet, walked. The site plan was drawn by hand — no model, no capture, no photography exists for this property. Every frame below is derived from that one sheet: the plan becomes a photoreal overhead, the overhead is re-planted into three design languages with the hardscape held exactly, and each of those becomes a panorama you can stand inside.

The horizon-edge pool, spa and wet deck, the entertainment terrace, and the tidal creek beyond the lawn.

The plan is rendered to a photoreal overhead (premium, geometry-gated), then re-planted into each design language with the hardscape and architecture held by an edge lock — only the softscape changes. Each styled overhead then becomes an equirectangular panorama. Every stage is gated on geometry, and panoramas additionally on seam continuity; takes that fail are quarantined, not shown.
